职位描述
1、负责电检工艺方案规划，结合海外场地、设备、人力制定总装电检工艺方案与 SOP，明确工位操作、质量控制点；完成 KD 工厂电检线方案评估、EOL 系统海外移植适配。 2、一线电检培训交付，独立开展理论 + 实操 + 考核全流程电检培训，解决一线人员执行难点；独立完成 SOP 后车辆电检故障解析维修，保障车辆快速交付。 3、电检数据化工艺优化，分析电检通过率、故障分布数据识别优化点，推动流程简化、工位效率提升≥10%，落地数字化工艺工具场景应用。 4、负责独立处理批量电检失败、车 - 设备通讯异常故障，通过数据、现场试验定位根因，落地长效整改方案；协调研发 / 质量 / 设备解决技术难题。 5、负责标准搭建、跨岗协同与经验沉淀，制定统一电检工艺标准保障执行可追溯；协调跨工位工艺分歧、推进协同作业；沉淀电检实操经验，协助带教初级工艺人员。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上整车总装电检 / EOL 量产工艺经验，有海外 KD 工厂驻场实操经历，熟悉车载域控诊断系统。 2、精通车载 EOL 系统架构与域控诊断接口逻辑，可独立完成电检线工艺规划、方案评估、系统海外移植，编制全套电检标准文件。 3、熟悉数据改善与故障处理，能依托电检生产数据自主推进效率、良率改善；独立闭环各类批量、非常规电检故障，具备跨部门协同解决技术难题经验。 4、掌握海外总装电检基础合规要求，具备海外工厂跨岗位、跨文化沟通协调能力，可独立协调化解工艺分歧。 5、可独立完成全流程电检培训、工艺标准沉淀，主动推进跨工位工艺协同落地，学习能力强，可落地数字化新工艺工具，抗压适配海外现场工作。
