【职位描述】 1、基于当前各基地物流业务运作需求及方向，负责外购件入厂物流及包装方案总体规划，包括运输模式、仓储及排序策略、包装标准等设计或协同，更新物流SOR相关细则及要求 。 2、根据车型项目计划，拉动内外部门按节点计划完成入厂物流及包装相关工作，把控项目节点，识别处理异常点；根据业务变化，建立或更新相关流程，推进业务规范化、合规化。 3、根据零部件采购定点计划，完成定点前预选供应商入厂物流及包装方案沟通、评审及物流、包装规划自投部分零件包的成本测算、分析、答疑等工作，配合商务采购完成零部件定点。 4、项目量产后负责对前期包装业务进行复盘及分析，并不断优化改善；建立定点前后物流包装方案信息及成本台账，优化量产后包装方案，降低取货成本，减少单车型包装体积。 5、负责包装方案设计、选型与优化，评估包装材料的性价比与适用性，建立包装成本数据库；梳理入厂物流各环节流程，建立物流成本核算模型，并持续迭代，推进成本测算线上化。 【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，包装工程、工业工程、机械设计、物流管理等专业优先； 2、了解物流规划、包装设计、成本等相关理论知识； 3、具备较强的协调能力、沟通能力和组织能力、抗压能力； 4、会使用常用绘图软件。
