【加入我们，到全球一线去“打仗”】 新能源汽车的浪潮正席卷全球，小鹏汽车正加速驶向世界的每一个角落。我们需要一批真正懂车、懂用户、懂经营的“前线指挥官”，去开拓、去扎根、去赢下每一座海外城池。如果你渴望走出舒适区，在广阔的海外市场书写属于你的战绩，这里就是你的舞台。 【岗位职责】 1、前线指挥：全面负责海外指定门店/地区/国家的经营管理工作，带领团队达成销量、交付、用户满意度等核心KPI。 2、渠道开拓与运营：基于当地市场特点，优化展厅运营标准，提升品牌形象与终端获客能力，确保销售流程的高效落地。 3、团队管理：负责海外本地团队的招聘、培训、激励与考核，打造一支有战斗力、认同企业文化的属地化铁军。 4、市场攻坚：深入洞察当地汽车市场动态与竞品策略，灵活调整战术，快速响应市场变化。 5、体系落地：承接总部战略，确保小鹏汽车先进的营销服务体系在海外区域标准化、高质量落地。
职位要求
1、行业老兵：具备新势力或知名传统车企（含小鹏汽车）背景，拥有中国区店长/城市总/区域总/渠道运营管理经验，具备一线“打仗”的实战能力与狼性。 2、语言沟通：具备英语基础，能作为工作语言进行日常沟通与商务谈判者优先。 13、远征决心：工作投入度极高，有志于长期在海外一线区域发展，适应跨国出差或常驻。 4、体系熟悉：熟悉小鹏汽车运营体系与流程者更佳。
