【投身全球事业，成为未来的国际化领军者】 这不仅是一次职业选择，更是一场关于未来的远征。我们正在寻找具备全球视野、综合素质过硬的年轻精英，加入海外业务核心梯队。你将有机会深入海外中台策略制定，或奔赴区域一线统筹管理，在实战中快速成长，成为驱动小鹏海外业务增长的中坚力量。 【培养方向与职责】 将根据个人特质与业务需求，在以下方向进行重点培养锻炼： 1、市场与销售策略：参与海外区域市场分析、销售目标制定、商务政策落地及数据运营分析。 2、售后服务与运营：参与海外售后网络规划、服务流程设计、客户满意度提升及售后策略制定。 3、售后服务技术：参与海外售后技术服务体系搭建及优化。 4、售后备件管理：参与备件仓储规划、物流体系搭建及供应链效率优化。 5、中台策略统筹：协助制定海外业务标准、流程规范及支持体系搭建。 【任职要求】 1、精英潜力：拥有知名车企背景（如BBA、国内头部车企海外业务/管培体系），2、具备全球视野，年轻有活力，综合素质高、可塑性强。 3、专业过硬：具备过硬的营销服相关技能，在以下至少一个领域有深入理解或实践经验：市场分析、销售数据运营、售后策略、备件仓储规划。 4、语言工具：具备英语基础，能作为工作语言者优先。 5、事业雄心：工作投入度高，有志于深度参与海外业务，愿意接受挑战，拥抱变化。 6、加分项：熟悉了解小鹏汽车体系与文化者更佳。
