职位描述
作为部门在整车的专业经理,对整车汇报，承接整车立项后的开发需求与整车多部门的需求并沟通和推进问题落地决； 负责部门内控制器等产品开发的项目管理，主责项目范畴的QCTR等维度，但不限于以上的工作内容，注重结果与项目问题落地； 统筹内部团队对接整车的需求，形成方案并对整车汇报立项； 根据整车一级计划，快速完成二级计划的制定，并沟通相关方，全方位识别计划、风险和开发瓶颈，并制定专项的行动和推进项目直至SOP； 1.负责产品开发预算的收集，评审、汇报、立项以及预算使用管理，承接成本组的VAVE目标，并推进团队达成目标； 2.负责产品的开发管理,收集各方的样件需求，从备料到交付的强力推进，对交付结果负责； 3.管理项目开发过程的问题，并推进问题与风险的上升，直至问题解决； 4.能有效及时地完成向上级的汇报工作以及其他分配的业务； 5.识别项目运行过程中项目及部门流程不足并主动提出优化建议。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机/电子工程/软件工程等相关专业，1年以上软件项目管理经验，有大型软件公司或汽车行业背景优先； 2.熟悉座舱BSP、自动驾驶、域控制器等领域软件技术架构。 3.熟悉Agile/Scrum/Waterfall等项目管理方法，PMP认证优先； 4.出色的技术理解力，能与研发团队深入讨论方案并推动决策； 5.有智能座舱、自动驾驶量产项目经验，熟悉ASPICE、ISO 26262等车规标准为佳； 6.良好的沟通和协调能力，可独立解决问题，有较强的抗压和总结汇报能力。
