职位描述
1、协助团队开展全固态电池相关材料调研、选型匹配、电芯基础设计与性能优化迭代，参与技术方案梳理、技术资料沉淀，协助跟进技术落地与产业化研究路径梳理。 2、参与全固态电池项目技术合作对接，协助开展中试验证、样品试制与工艺优化工作，记录试制数据、梳理工艺问题，配合团队解决试制及工艺放大过程中的技术难点。 3、协助搭建、完善全固态电池测试与验证体系，参与电芯性能测试、数据对标、机理分析及失效复盘工作，支撑产品应用技术开发与迭代优化。 4、持续跟踪全固态电池行业前沿技术、新材料、新工艺发展动态，整理技术调研成果，协助团队针对多应用场景优化高能量密度、高安全性电池技术解决方案。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，材料科学与工程、电化学、化学工程、新能源材料等相关理工科专业。 2、研究生期间从事全固态相关开发工作，有1年以上全固态工作经验者优先 3、具备扎实的电化学、电池材料基础理论知识，了解全固态电池基本体系结构、电芯制备逻辑及常见工艺难点。 4、熟悉电池基础测试方法、性能评价标准及基础失效分析思路，了解固态电解质材料特性与加工原理者优先。 5、有全固态Ah级别电芯相关实验/产品经验者优先 6、具备良好的文献检索、技术调研、实验数据分析能力，沟通顺畅、擅长跨团队协作，具备较强技术敏感度与创新探索意识，抗压能力良好。 加分项 1、有全固态电池电芯研发、电芯应用、材料改性、样品试制、性能验证相关项目或实验经验； 2、熟悉聚合物、硫化物等主流固态电池体系特性，了解固态电池产业化技术趋势； 3、对机器人、新能源终端等新兴电池应用场景具备研究与认知。
