职位描述
1、账务报表： 负责公司财务账套准确性检查，确保财务数据准确性； 2、项目管理： 负责团队流程优化项目，如海外新国家相关核算流程0-1搭建及改善，账务准确性检查等自动化项目支持与统筹； 3、存货管理： 负责存货业财一体化管理，确保存货管理有效性； 4、审计对接： 统筹外部审计，处理答疑/询证/抽凭，复核审计报告，确保审计报告按时出具； 5、跨模块协同：提供跨财务数据支持；跨部门协调沟通确保新业务财务管理闭环，业财协同；协助属地财务及时解决紧急、疑难财务相关事项。
职位要求
1、学历背景：本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理等相关专业，持有中级会计职称或相关职称优先； 2、语言能力：英文熟练，口语流利，能作为工作语言； 3、工作经验：5年以上集团财务相关工作经验，有出海业务的财务经验；具备存货管理经验优先，具备项目管理经验者优先； 4、专业能力：熟悉中国及国际会计准则，精通账务处理、报表编制；具备较强的数据分析能力、问题解决能力，能精准完成科目余额检查、报表合理性核查等工作； 5、沟通协调：具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效拉通业务、财务、IT、HR等多方资源推进工作；具备良好的表达能力，能清晰解答项目及审计相关问题； 6、工具使用：熟练使用Excel办公软件或其他的自动化工具； 7、其他要求：工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力及团队协作精神；工作地点在广州，远程支持为主，可接受频繁短期出差至东南亚等海外国家。
