职位描述
1）参与负责热管理性能验证体系的搭建，提升热管理性能验证的有效性、及时性、全面性； 2）主导热管理属性项目开发验收，负责项目DVP计划、预算提报、问题提报，进度管控、强化验证策划、新技术验证策划、验收总结； 3）参与建立/健全试验室相关管理流程，对负责的项目进行质量体系自审，开展整车环模试验方法及评价标准的探究； 4）现场负责试验室日常运营、6S管理维护和执行。
职位要求
1）本科及以上学历，1-2年整车热管理试验经验； 2）掌握车辆热管理基础理论，具备常见故障的应对和排除能力；及时发现试验中的数据异常并能有效应对和处理，最大化保障试验进度及测试有效性； 3）具备较扎实的数据处理及分析能力，能依据测试数据编写专业、客观的试验报告，并能给出整改意见或建议； 4）具备较强独立分析&解决问题，跨部门沟通协调能力。 5）认可公司文化价值，具备抗压能力，接受偶尔出差。
