职位描述
1、承接售后物流领域的采购需求（仓内劳务运营、售后仓库租赁、售后备件运输等），制定采购策略，推进合规采购流程，跟进物流履约进度； 2、承接包装包材的采购需求（KD包装包材、售后包装包材、循环包装租赁等），制定采购策略，推进合规采购流程，跟进物流履约进度； 3、根据国家政策法规，识别与供应商的合作风险，评估采购价值及价格合理性； 4、根据业务需求或行业发展趋势，负责建立供应商资源库，进行供应商开发、管理及绩效评估，引入优势资源并管理相关资源池； 5、数据驱动决策，定期整理复盘最佳实践案例及品类大数据；输出行业合作案例，为采购决策提供支撑； 6、熟悉汽车物流行业特点及相关政策法规，不断优化品类采购成本和效率，具备把控风险、解决合作商务问题的能力。
职位要求
1、大学本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上相关品类项目采购经验； 3、具有业务敏感性，能够识别业务风险，提前预警； 4、拥有寻源能力，价值谈判能力，商务议价能力及品类管理能力； 5、自驱力强； 6、业务沟通能力强、具有较强的执行力； 7、具备较强的职业道德感及合规意识。
