职位描述： 负责小鹏汽车各业务的运维与平台可用性保障，参与 XOPS 智能运维平台建设，推动运维工作自动化、工程化。 岗位职责： 1. 负责小鹏汽车各业务的运维工作，保障混合云（云上云下）后台基础设施的稳定性和高可用，负责各类服务、资源的监控、维护与巡检 2. 调查解决大规模 GPU 集群管理、大规模 AI 训练场景下的各类系统/稳定性问题 3. 参与 XOPS 智能运维平台建设：将运维能力封装为 AI Agent 可调用的 Skill 与 MCP 服务，落地 Agent-driven Operations；设计运维作业编排、审批流与自动化回滚机制 4. 持续建设运维体系，在稳定性建设、故障定位、资源运营等方向推动运维工作自动化、工程化，关注成本、质量、效率、安全目标 加分项： - 有大规模 GPU 集群、RDMA 网络运维经验，有丰富的 AI 相关经验 - 熟悉 Kubeflow、Istio、Prometheus、VictoriaMetrics 等项目 - 有 LLM API 调用、Agent 框架（LangChain 等）使用经验，对 "AI + 运维" 方向有实践或浓厚兴趣 - 有前后端开发经验、开源项目经历或技术博客 - 经验要求： - 熟悉 Linux 系统、TCP/IP 网络协议等计算机基础知识，精通 Python 或 Golang 至少一门 - 熟悉各种运维架构技术，包括云原生（如 K8S）、大数据（如 Hadoop）等，能够根据实际业务需求设计落地方案 - 有云原生中间件运维经验，对常见系统隐患、系统故障有系统性总结和实际处理经验 - 较强的问题解决能力，具备出色的沟通能力与团队协作精神；主动好学、自驱力强，具备运维响应意识与责任心
