职位描述
1、全流程过程管控：负责在研车型项目及 OTA 软件版本从需求、设计、开发、测试到发布/量产的全生命周期过程质量管控，识别关键过程风险，推动防控措施落地与问题闭环； 2、质量阀门设定与运营：结合项目里程碑与版本发布节奏，设定并持续维护各阶段质量阀门（Quality Gate）的准入/准出标准，组织阀门评审，为放行决策提供质量依据； 3、过程执行监控：以研发质量管控手册为依据，对各研发环节开展过程审核与符合性检查，输出阶段性过程质量状态报告，识别过程偏差并推动整改闭环； 4、质量度量与数据分析：建立过程质量度量指标体系，对过程问题与缺陷数据开展收集、统计与根因分析，输出分析报告与风险预警，支撑管理层决策与资源投放； 5、复盘与体系优化：组织项目/版本质量复盘，沉淀经验教训并推动落地转化，持续迭代研发质量管控手册与流程体系，提升组织过程能力。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、电子、计算机、软件工程或质量管理等相关专业； 2、1-2年汽车行业研发质量、过程质量或项目管理相关工作经验，熟悉整车开发流程（如门径管理、V 模型），有完整车型项目或软件版本全周期跟进经验者优先； 3、有 OTA/软件版本质量管理或汽车软件研发质量经验者优先； 4、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能独立完成质量数据的统计分析与可视化呈现； 5、优秀的跨部门沟通协调与推动能力，能在矩阵式组织中推动问题闭环，具备较强的原则性与风险意识； 6、有质量审计（过程审核）经验者优先。
