职位描述
岗位职责： 1、系统级方案与规划：基于整车需求与电控转向系统架构，输出可落地的软件技术方案（含需求分析、架构选型、接口定义、SOR/SSTS 撰写），主导软件子系统的开发 / 标定 / 测试 / 风险计划制定，对关键里程碑负责。支持/负责电控转向系统软件的项目应用，包括制定开发计划、任务跟踪执行、功能和性能的标定验收、开发过程及售后的问题分析，并制定合理的解决方案； 2、跨域协同与风险管控：横向拉通智驾 / 底盘 / EE / 质量等团队处理技术冲突与集成问题，建立技术风险预警与升级机制，推动关键节点按期达成。 3、功能性能标定与定标：主导功能验收标准制定与基线冻结，输出标定策略并对最终交付质量负责。 4、复杂问题攻坚：主导 复杂 问题（台架 / HIL / 整车测试及售后）的根因分析（5W+8D+FTA），推动跨部门 / 跨供应商的根因闭环与横向举一反三。 5、技术方案决策与落地：综合考虑成本 / 时间 / 质量 / 风险 / 用户感知，主导技术方案选型与变更点评审，推动 OTA 方案落地与效果验证。 6、能力建设：负责团队 SOP/Checklist/ 经验库的建立与迭代，承担新人辅导与跨域协同赋能。沉淀标准规范、Checklist 与经验教训库，赋能团队与新人，承接跨域（智驾 / 底盘联调）协同。
