职位描述
1、负责相关业务从0-1孵化与市场落地，包括赛道评估、产品定义、商业化路径规划与验证； 2、独立完成行业与用户研究、竞品与市场规模评估，明确产品形态与MVP方案，输出可执行的产品规划与迭代路线； 3、组织跨团队与跨领域协同，推动项目从立项、研发、试点验证到商业化交付的闭环落地； 4、面向ToB客户进行需求对齐与方案定制，推动项目试点与迭代，并沉淀标准化方案、交付流程与行业解决方案库； 5、持续跟踪相关领域的产业趋势与竞争策略，开展赛道评估、风险研判，制定迭代优化策略； 6、负责版本规划与节奏管控，开展收益测算与成本管理，平衡平台化/标准化与客户定制需求，保障商业可持续性； 7、识别并管理技术、市场与交付风险，制定与执行风险预案，支撑新业务复制与规模化扩张。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，有0-1新赛道孵化、从0到1落地量产经验优先，有ToB商业化产品经验优先； 2、具备独立完成行业研究、赛道筛选、产品定义与商业闭环设计的能力，能够基于通用技术底座进行场景迁移与商业创新； 3、具备优秀的跨团队协同、客户沟通与方案呈现能力，可独立对接ToB客户，推进试点与落地； 4、思维严谨、数据驱动、结果导向，适应高不确定与快迭代的孵化节奏，抗压能力强； 5、具备良好的文档与汇报能力，可独立输出商业分析、白皮书、立项材料与复盘报告。
