职位描述
1、制定车型的版本测试计划和目标，根据测试计划进行过程质量管控，质量问题推进及制定改进方案并持续改进，达成测试目标； 2、对接中心外测试问题，把控测试进度快速关闭并识别和预防测试风险； 3、作为测试代表，统筹测试车辆资源及预算申请，推动测试按计划输出测试交付物； 4、测试质量管理体系搭建与落地：负责智能座舱测试质量标准、准入/准出规范、质量管控流程的制定、迭代与落地执行行；制定测试流程规范，并推进测试流程持续改善，提升测试质量； 5、对接外部质量问题：负责对接外部测试质量漏测问题复盘，推进测试降低漏测率； 6、对接外部体系考核：负责对接外部质量体系考核，达成体系考核目标； 7、对接外部质量体系建设：负责对接外部质量文化建设，比如质量文化提升活动、质量专项活动落地。
职位要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上质量管理或测试管理经验；有车企经验更佳； 2、了解安卓系统的相关知识，善于发现软件质量风险点； 3、良好的组织协调、沟通和分析能力、具有进取精神和独立解决问题的能力，有很强的推动力，能承受较大工作压力。
