职位描述
1、协助开展电池包整体安全防护设计工作，配合完成热蔓延防护、电气安全、机械安全等相关方案的设计梳理、资料输出与方案优化，支撑电池包安全性能开发。 2、参与电池包安全领域新技术、新材料、新工艺的调研、试验验证与落地应用工作，整理试验数据、汇总分析结果，助力产品安全性能迭代升级。 3、协助梳理项目电池安全开发需求，学习、研究行业及国家级电池安全准入法规、标准规范，配合完成项目合规性评估与资料汇总工作。 4、配合研发团队完成各零部件设计变更的风险识别、安全影响评估，协助开展相关验证测试、数据整理与问题闭环工作，保障产品设计变更后的安全可靠性。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，电化学、材料科学、化学、电气工程、新能源、车辆工程等相关理工科专业，硕士学历优先。 2、无工作经验硬性要求，熟悉锂电电芯特性、电池系统基础结构，了解电池安全失效基本原理者优先，有相关课题、竞赛、实习、实验项目经历优先。 3、了解动力电池行业安全相关标准、法规及合规要求，具备电池安全设计、安全测试基础认知。 4、专业基础扎实，具备良好的实验设计、数据采集、数据分析能力，善于总结实验规律与技术问题。 5、具备良好的科研探索精神、较强的学习能力和抗压能力，乐于钻研电池安全新技术、新方案，拥有良好的团队协作意识。 6、具备数字化工具应用意识，能够借助智能工具辅助技术调研、数据分析、方案设计及文档编写，提升研发效率者优先。 加分项 1、拥有动力电池安全、热失控防护、电池材料研发相关科研项目、毕业设计或企业实习经验； 2、熟悉电池热蔓延、电气失效、机械失效等各类电池安全风险机理，有相关仿真、实验实操经历。
