职位描述
1、负责海外项目（SKD/CKD）的全生命周期合规认证管理，牵头确保海外项目合规性； 2、主导CE/REACH等国内外认证，对接第三方检测机构，管控进度与风险； 3、负责跟踪全球法规/标准更新，开展内部流程搭建和人员培训，指导工艺开发、产线规划、新车投产等业务合规化，并支持内外部审核； 4、审查设备供应商的设计图纸、安全计算书、风险评估报告（Risk Assessment），提前识别不合规项； 5、把 CE、安全、环保要求转化为设备采购技术规范；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上CE认证经验，有产线规划、工艺开发背景优先； 2、熟悉国标、CE、北美等机械行业的标准、安全标准认证的流程及相关法规，有至少一个完整的整车厂海外建厂项目经验； 3、擅于沟通表达，逻辑思维强，有责任心、上进心和一定抗压能力，适应制造业快节奏和挑战性任务； 4、熟悉欧盟 MD 机械指令、LVD 低电压、EMC 电磁兼容、ATEX 防爆、Ecodesign 能效、REACH、工业噪声、废水废气、职业安全 OSHA等法规要求； 5. 英语CET-6或同等水平以上，能作为工作语言，掌握其他外语（如德语、西班牙语等）者优先；
