职位描述
1.支持供应商管理体系优化,包括供应商准入、绩效评估、分级分类、风险管控、退出等全生命周期管理标准与机制,持续提升供应商体系健康度 2.从供应链全链条视角识别降本增效机会,覆盖供应格局优化、采购策略调整、国产化替代、库存周转提升、物流模式优化等方向,完成机会分析、方案 设计、推进落地与效果复盘; 3.跟踪大宗原材料(锂、铜、铝、半导体、化工材料等)价格走势与供需格局变化,研判对供应链的影响,提前制定应对策喷与备选方案; 4.建立供应链经营分析机制,包括供应链效率指标监控、投入产出分析、关键业务场景经营复盘等,为管理层决策提供支撑; 5.其他临时工作。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历,工科背景(材料、机械、电子、汽车工程、工业工程等相关专业),5年以上汽车行业供应链相关工作纪经验,有新能源整车厂或Tier1 供应链管理/采购/供应商质量经验尤佳; 2.熟悉汽车行业供应链全链路运作,具备供应商体系搭建或管理经验 3.具备较强的经营意识与系统思维,能从业务数据中识别问题、挖掘掘机会并推动落地,有主导过供应链优化或降本增效项目经验者优先; 4.对大宗原材料价格变化与行业趋势有敏感度,具备供需分析与趋势研判能力,能从产业链视角预判风险并制定应对方案; 5.正直诚信、积极主动,具备良好的跨部门沟通协调与项目推谁进能力,能够承受较大的工作压力
