职位描述
1、 需求梳理：对接销售、交付、售后、金融、客服等业务团队，把业务问题拆成要看的指标，明确指标口径、使用场景和报表验收标准； 2、报表搭建：在 BI 工具中搭建和维护数据集、仪表板和日常报表；核查数据准确性，跟进口径不一致、数据缺失等问题直到解决； 3、业务运营支持：跟踪核心经营指标，按周、按月输出数据报告和专题分析；发现数据异常及时提醒业务，并给出初步原因； 4、报表推广与培训：编写报表使用说明和常见问题，给业务同事做报表使用培训，收集反馈并持续优化报表； 5、跨团队协作：与产品、研发、数据团队配合，推动报表需求排期和上线；支持海外团队的日常沟通和英文材料编写。
职位要求
1、2025-2027 届本科及以上应届毕业生，统计、数学、计算机、信息管理、经济、管理等相关专业优先； 2、能用 SQL 做基础查询和数据核对，熟练使用 Excel（数据透视表、常用函数）； 3、逻辑清楚，能从业务问题出发选择指标，并讲清楚分析结论和依据； 4、英语读写流利，能与海外同事进行日常沟通； 5、主动沟通，愿意深入一线了解业务流程。 加分项: 1、有数据分析、BI 报表或业务分析相关实习经历； 2、 使用过 Quick BI、Power BI、Tableau 等至少一种 BI 工具； 3、会用 Python 做数据处理或自动化； 4、 用过 AI 工具提升分析或报表效率，如数据问答、自动生成报告； 5、对汽车、新能源行业有兴趣。
