职位描述
岗位职责 1. 测试项目全生命周期管理： ①主导自动驾驶功能测试OTA/在研项目的规划、启动、执行与收尾； ②制定项目测试策略、里程碑计划、资源预算及风险应对预案，确保测试活动与整车/OTA开发节奏对齐。 2. 跨域协同与流程优化： ①作为测试方接口人，高效协同研发、质量、产品、整车集成等上下游团队； ② 推动测试流程标准化、自动化与数字化，提升测试效率与可追溯性。 3. 质量门禁与决策支持： ①维护并持续优化测试准入/准出标准，基于KPI等维度输出软件发版评估报告； ②在关键节点提供数据驱动的风险预警与放行建议。 4. 工具链与数据闭环赋能： ①深度参与测试平台（仿真、实车）的需求定义与验收，推动工具链能力持续演进； ②联动测试团队，构建“问题发现 → 场景回流 → 仿真复现 → 验证闭环”的高效迭代机制。 5. 团队协作与知识沉淀： ① 指导初级测试工程师与外包团队，提升整体执行力； ②沉淀典型项目方法论、Checklist与案例库，促进组织能力复用。
职位要求
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、自动化或相关专业； 2、 5年以上自动驾驶/辅助驾驶领域测试或项目管理经验，有L2+功能量产项目完整交付经历； 3、精通自动驾驶测试体系搭建，熟悉A-SPICE开发流程，具备“测试左移”思想； 4、熟练掌握项目管理方法论（如敏捷、瀑布或混合模式），具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力、推动力与抗压能力； 5、能基于数据（如场景覆盖率、KPI趋势、缺陷分布）做出客观质量判断。 6、有较强的抗压能力，能适应快节奏、拥抱变化以及对具有自我成长的强诉求
