职位描述
1、协助开展整车高压配电产品开发（包括高压线束总成、PDU、升压盒、充电座、连接器等），推进子零件选型、总成方案设计、验证等工作，保障配电产品开发落地。 2、协助开展行业对标，整理对标数据，挖掘新技术、新方案应用可行性，输出基础分析报告。 3、参与高压配电领域相关体系文件、技术规范、标准文档的编制、更新、发布等工作，助力技术体系标准化建设。 4、参与研发过程质量问题的排查、原因分析定位等工作，同步参与市场端质量问题分析及原因定位，协助推进问题整改闭环。 5、定期开展岗位对应技术、项目开发过程复盘，做好工作总结，推进专业技术、经验沉淀及个人能力成长。 6、协助开展专业AI Agent应用开发，提升AI在专业开发过程中应用能力，促进效率提升。 7、科室安排的其他工作。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，电气自动化、电力电子、机械设计、车辆工程等相关理工科专业，24/25/26届毕业生。 2、有高压配电、高压电气、高压系统、车辆工程相关子零件/系统等相关课题研究、实习经历者优先。 3、具备高压电气、电力电子、电动汽车、机械设计、金属/塑胶材料、模具成型等相关专业知识储备。 4、具备良好的沟通表达、跨团队协作能力，逻辑清晰，自驱力强，工作认真细致、责任心强、抗压能力强。 5、良好的AI应用及学习经历，熟悉现阶段前沿AI 应用Agent，有实际使用案例者优先。
