【职务名称：产品策划经理/资深经理】 1、增长产品策略规划与落地：基于新能源充电 C 端数据与用户全生命周期，独立制定中长期增长规划，对拉新、激活、转化、留存全链路指标负责，可基于C端增长版块（如体验提升/推荐机制优化/渠道拓入口等）进行数据洞察分析、用户反馈定位痛点，独立完成调研分析与方案输出，带来mau增长； 2、复杂运营系统建设&存量体系优化：主导复杂运营系统经验（如营销自动化/会员/卡券/活动/用户画像等），可基于业务策略主导规划系统演进路径并持续落地； 3、跨域协同与机制建设：协同研发、算法、运营、数据等多方保障交付；沉淀方法论与 SOP，指导培养初级产品经理。
职位要求
1、5 年及以上 C 端产品经验，其中 2 年以上负责复杂成熟运营系统或平台级产品；有推荐机制/画像/会员/交易系统经验者优先； 2、具备复杂系统抽象与架构设计能力，能定义系统边界与演进路径，能与技术团队有效对话架构方案。 3、熟悉用户增长指标和方法，有成功增长项目经验者优先。 4、熟悉新能源汽车 / 充电行业优先，对新能源出行赛道有长期投入意愿。 5、数据敏感、逻辑清晰、结果导向，跨部门推动能力强；有团队管理经验者优先。 6、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学、市场营销、用户研究等相关专业优先。
