职位描述
1、团队与知识体系统筹管理：统筹知识库小组团队管理与服务中心知识体系顶层规划、架构搭建、持续迭代，建设标准化知识管理体系。 2、AI 智能化知识体系建设：围绕智能检索、智能问答、座席辅助、AI 编写等场景，推动知识标准化、标签化、场景化改造，提升检索匹配与智能生成效果。 3、内容统筹与质量管控：统筹内容新增/更新/校对/盘点；建立审核 + 巡检 + 合规机制；以一线体验“好用”评估实用性、易读性、落地性。 4、跨部门协同与需求落地：对接业务、产品、一线，常态化收集需求与痛点，确保人工 + 智能服务场景知识同步。 5、知识资产沉淀与数据驱动：基于高频、疑难、热点沉淀标准化资产与解决方案；监控使用率、命中率、智能应用效果，持续优化体系。
职位要求
1、本科及以上，运营管理 / 人工智能 / 中文类优先。 2、1-3 年知识库运营 / 内容统筹 / 客服运营经验，具备小组管理经验；有车企 / 互联网智能客服或 AI 知识体系搭建经验优先。 3、具备体系搭建、统筹规划、团队管理能力；拥有 AI 知识运营思维，能结合智能化场景优化知识与流程。 4、熟练 Office，擅长文档体系搭建与标准化；熟悉智能客服 / 知识库 / CRM 系统；了解 AI 训练、标签优化、智能应答适配逻辑；具备基础数据复盘能力。 5、逻辑清晰、严谨细致，跨部门沟通与资源整合能力强；认同数字化与智能化运营理念，责任心强
