职位描述
岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities) 1. 培训授课与开展： 负责部分线下销售培训课程的讲演与实地授课工作，不怯场；能用浅显易懂的语言参与销售培训课件、话术及授课内容的梳理、设计与持续优化。 2. 人员认证与培训运营： 协助搭建并维护销售人员资质认证体系，进行相关数据的追踪、跟进与考核管理；负责线下培训活动的全流程支持（涵盖前期物料与场地筹备、现场控场及课后反馈收集等）。 3. 展会支持与项目协同： 深度参与大型车展等核心项目的筹备、现场协调与落地执行，协助团队在展会现场的业务落地；协助跨区域日常业务的沟通与统筹。 4. 系统搭建与综合支持： 协助推进培训系统、业务管理等相关系统的搭建、测试与日常辅助运营，收集需求并协助优化；负责跨部门沟通协调，处理相关数据统筹及报告整理。

岗位要求 (Job Requirements) 1. 特质与兴趣： 喜欢汽车，对汽车行业、车辆文化及销售业务线充满热情；性格外向开朗，善于与人沟通，具备极强的亲和力与感染力。 2. 授课与表达能力： 具备优秀的公众表达能力，台风稳健不怯场，能够自信、独立地胜任线下培训授课与讲演工作。 3. 学历背景： 本科及以上学历在校生，专业不限（汽车类、管理类、市场营销、播音主持类优先）。 4. 语言能力： 具备良好的中英文听说读写能力，能够顺畅应对跨文化或跨国团队的沟通场景。 5. 核心技能： 熟练使用办公软件（Excel, PowerPoint, Word等），具备较强的数据处理与总结汇报能力。 6. 综合素质： 具备极强的责任心和执行力，逻辑清晰；能在快节奏的环境中多线并行处理任务（Multi-tasking）；有演讲、辩论或活动组织经验者加分。
