职位描述
1、负责机器人生态开放从 0 到 1 的产品规划、需求梳理、方案设计与迭代落地，定义生态业务核心能力、产品架构与演进路线； 2、搭建开放生态产品体系，包括但不限于开发者 / ISV / 集成商 / 渠道伙伴入驻、认证、分层、权限管理、能力开放、文档中心、控制台、应用市场、解决方案市场、计费结算与数据看板等； 3、负责运营相关工作，制定生态运营策略，推动伙伴招募、赋能、激励与活跃，搭建内容、社区、活动、培训认证、案例库等运营机制； 4、深入机器人及具身智能相关场景，联合生态伙伴规划行业解决方案，抽象共性需求，形成可复制、可规模化落地的场景方案； 5、独立完成需求分析、产品方案设计、项目推进和上线复盘，协调研发、设计、运营、销售、法务及生态伙伴等角色高效协作； 6、跟踪竞品、行业趋势与客户反馈，持续优化平台体验、生态规则与商业化路径。
职位要求
1、3‑8 年产品经验，具备 ToC 产品、ToB 产品、外部用户产品、工具型产品或平台产品经验； 2、能独立完成需求分析、产品方案设计、项目推进和上线复盘； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维，能够结构化拆解复杂问题，在复杂业务背景下快速学习并推进落地； 4、熟悉平台运营工作，关注开发者、伙伴及外部用户的转化、活跃与留存，有开放平台、开发者生态或伙伴运营经验者优先； 5、具备较好的用户视角，能关注外部用户在使用过程中的体验问题； 6、有场景解决方案规划经验者优先，能将技术能力与行业场景结合，推动方案落地； 7、能与研发、生态伙伴、产品团队等角色高效协作； 8、英语读写能力良好；如需直接参与跨区域或法务沟通，口语能力更佳。 加分项 ‑ 具身智能、机器人、自动驾驶、AI 平台或智能硬件相关经验； ‑ 有开放平台、PaaS/SaaS、开发者平台、应用市场或生态平台从 0 到 1 搭建经验； ‑ 熟悉多生态体系接入、权限体系、计费结算、数据看板等平台型产品能力。
