职位描述
1、本科及以上学历，具备品牌活动、会展运营、项目管理或智能硬件产品运营经验；有机器人、汽车或科技行业经验优先； 2、具备较强的产品学习能力，能够快速理解机器人的功能逻辑、应用条件、工作场景和能力边界，较好的供应商管控能力； 3、具备优秀的项目统筹和资源协调能力，能够同时推动多个内部团队及外部合作方协同工作； 4、具备良好的沟通判断与预期管理能力，能够在技术可行性、业务需求和客户体验之间取得平衡； 5、具备较强的现场把控、风险识别和突发事件处理能力，对设备安全和人员安全有高度责任意识； 6、工作认真细致，责任感强，具有良好的服务意识、团队协作意识和抗压能力； 7、能够接受全国范围内较高频次的出差及节假日活动执行安排； 8、有大型展会、车展、发布会、重要客户接待或机器人现场演示经验者优先。
