职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 规划并建设运动系统测量体系，覆盖动态响应、末端实际位移与轨迹、定位与重复性、速度波动及系统延时等关键运动表现。 2. 开发测量方法，完成传感器、测量仪器、工装及采集系统的选型与集成，明确测试条件、采样同步、滤波、校准和数据处理流程。 3. 建立测量可信度评价方法，开展量值溯源、测量不确定度、重复性和再现性分析，识别测量链路误差并持续改进。 4. 开发和维护数据采集、时频域分析、曲线拟合及结果可视化工具，保证原始数据、参数配置和分析过程可追溯。 5. 参与项目关键指标测量和运动问题诊断，输出测量报告、方法规范、仪器配置及可复用案例。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，测控技术与仪器、自动化、电子信息、机械电子等相关专业；本科 5 年以上或硕士 3 年以上相关经验。 2. 掌握传感器、信号调理、数据采集、采样与同步、标定校准及测量不确定度等基础知识，有独立建立测量方法的经验。 3. 熟悉激光干涉仪、位移传感器、编码器、IMU、激光测振仪、数据采集卡或示波器等一种以上测量链路的选型与使用。 4. 熟练使用 Python、MATLAB 或 LabVIEW 进行数据采集和分析，具备时域、频域、滤波、拟合及自动化处理能力。 5. 具有运动精度、动态响应或精密设备测量经验者优先，能够判断测量结果的有效性、适用条件和局限。
