职位描述
岗位职责： 1.围绕低刚性运动系统的运动效果、风险，梳理关键传动组件、使用工况和性能要求，开展电机—传动—负载的参数匹配、组件选型比较与优化研究。 2.与力学分析人员共同审查运动机械设计风险，分析刚度、间隙、摩擦、振动、噪声、温升及寿命等因素对运动效果的影响，提出改善意见并参与整改复核。 3.参与抖动、异响、丢步、精度下降和异常磨损等问题的定位、试验验证与闭环。 4.建立传动选型规则、计算工具、设计审查清单和典型案例，推动成熟方案复用。
职位要求
任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、机械设计制造、机械电子等相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验。 2.熟悉丝杠、同步带、齿轮齿条、减速器、直线电机、导轨及轴承等组件的选型与应用。 3.能够完成速度、扭矩、惯量、传动比、效率、寿命和过载工况等计算与系统匹配。 4.具备运动机构设计、样机验证和复杂问题解决经验；有桌面加工设备、精密自动化或机器人经验者优先。
