职位描述
岗位职责 1、负责传感器在产品中的应用设计：完成光学、机械、结构、电气多维度的定量分析与仿真，输出设计方案（原理图、PCB guideline、结构布局、安装 SOP、校准方法）并推动落地 2、端到端解决产品研发中的各类传感器问题（运控精度、EMC、温漂、时漂、可靠性等），协同机械、光学等领域联合攻关 3、建立传感器归一化选型清单与设计 CBB（位置、加速度、温湿度、图像、液位、力度、流量等品类），跟进业界动态，持续更新优选库 4、制定传感器技术发展规划与 roadmap，作为 owner 推进自研、定制及应用创新方向落地 5、负责关键传感器自研与技术创新（如高精度位置传感器），对标业界标杆，构建产品在速度、精度、可靠性、成本上的差异化优势
职位要求
岗位要求 1、本科及以上，仪器仪表、电子科学技术、电子信息、机电自动化、遥感测绘、智能感知等硬件相关专业 2、具备机械力学、光学、光电子、热电等领域背景，掌握激光三角、TOF / 结构光、压电、应变、电涡流、电容、光栅 / 容栅等主流传感器原理、构造与应用边界 3、精通模拟电路设计与器件选型（运放、高精源、PA 等），熟悉小信号放大、积分、功率放大及驱动、滤波、调制解调等典型电路 4、熟练使用电路仿真工具，能定量分析增益、带宽、噪声、稳定性等指标；具备 COMSOL 等多物理场耦合仿真能力者优先 5、掌握测量学基础，能独立完成传感器标定、指标验收，并输出 SOP 及规范 6、6 年以上传感器相关经验，独立负责过传感器器件及信号调理电路设计者优先
