职位描述
1.参与自动驾驶视觉感知算法的研发与迭代：目标检测、跟踪、语义/占用分割(BEV/OCC)等核心模块； 2.参与感知算法全链路工程落地：从模型设计、训练调优到量产部署与长尾问题攻坚； 3.探索前沿方向在智驾场景的应用：多模态大模型/VLM辅助感知、自动化标注、数据闭环与Badcase挖掘等； 4.深度参与业务讨论，针对真实场景问题设计有创造性的算法方案。
职位要求
1.本科及以上在读，计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子等相关专业； 2.扎实的深度学习与计算机视觉基础，熟悉主流视觉模型与训练范式，有实际的研究或项目实践经验； 3.出色的工程能力，精通C++/Python之一，具备良好的数据结构与算法功底，代码习惯良好； 4.对自动驾驶有热情，有强烈的好奇心和自驱力，乐于在快速迭代的环境中解决问题； 5.实习时长不低于4个月，每周到岗4天以上。 加分项 1.在该领域顶级会议/期刊发表论文（CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS等），或相关技术报告成果； 2.ACM、Kaggle、RoboMaster等国际竞赛获奖经历； 3.有自动驾驶/机器人相关项目经验，或大型工程项目、高星开源项目的主导经历。
