职位描述
负责数据标注平台工具与运营支撑系统的产品规划与建设，以数字化、智能化工具支撑标注业务的生产、质检与运营管理。 1、负责标注平台工具的产品规划与核心模块定义，完成需求调研、PRD撰写及功能、交互、权限设计，业务覆盖自动驾驶、智能座舱、机器人等AI产品线； 2、围绕标注效率、数据质量、成本管控等核心指标持续迭代优化，推动平台标准化、自动化、智能化升级； 3、负责运营支撑系统与数据看板建设，覆盖项目需求管理、人员绩效、效率统计、成本核算、质量数据、培训管理等模块，支撑多项目、大批量标注业务常态化运营。
职位要求
1、3-5年互联网/AI行业产品经理经验，有数据标注平台、AI数据生产平台或数据运营工具独立产品定义经验者优先； 2、能独立完成需求调研、PRD输出、迭代落地全流程，具备数据与运营思维，能围绕人效、产能、质量、成本四大指标设计产品； 3、熟悉B端后台系统、权限体系、可视化看板的产品设计逻辑，有运营支撑类系统搭建经验优先； 4、沟通协调能力强，能高效对接研发、运营、算法等多团队并推动项目落地。 【加分项】 1、有百度众包、京东微工、阿里云众包、字节数据平台或自营类等同类平台产品经验； 2、独立负责过标注工具、运营管控或数据质量系统从0到1搭建； 3、熟悉数据标注业务流程（作业逻辑、质检规则），了解自动驾驶、大模型等AI场景的数据标注需求； 4、了解智能标注、模型辅助标注、自动化质检等技术逻辑，具备数据分析能力。
