职位描述
岗位职责 1. 基于用户实时行为数据，设计低延迟决策链路，提升用户留存与付费转化 2. 设计和治理适配实时算法消费的特征数据体系，推动埋点及 SDK 改造，满足实时算法对数据时效性和质量的要求，搭建从事件采集， 特征计算 ， 模型推理， 决策策略，效果反馈的完整闭环 3. 参与/主导AB实验平台的分流机制、统计引擎与监控体系建设 4. 探索用 AI加速特征假设生成、bad case 分析、实验报告撰写等离线环节，提升团队整体迭代效率 任职要求 - 5年以上机器学习/算法工程实战经验，有完整落地过实时或近实时决策系统 - 熟悉至少一种流处理框架（Kafka/Kinesis/Flink 等）和低延迟服务部署经验（Lambda、SageMaker 或同类云服务） - 扎实的建模基础，能够独立完成系统设计：从数据流架构到模型部署到效果监控 - 具备AI工具/AI Agent的实际应用经验者优先，能将其融入日常工作流程提升效率与交付质量 - 具备数据治理能力，能针对实时算法场景设计数据采集、清洗、特征加工方案；有参与客户端 / 服务端 SDK 改造（为满足实时特征采集需求）经验者优先 - 有AB实验平台（分流引擎、统计引擎）搭建或核心参与经验优先
