职位描述
1、承接公司战略和业务规划，业务目标分解；参与部门业务目标规划与制订，管理制度和规则的制定，流程规范化和体系标准化建设。 2、研发和部门流程、规范的落地执行、监控、反馈和优化。 3、跟踪行业和技术发展，提炼业务与产品痛点，持续改进和突破，交付有技术竞争力的产品。 4、参与项目开发，负责多个产品系列的技术与质量把控，重大问题攻关。 5、组内、部门内外资源协调和事务推进，减少内外部信息差，更好地满足项目高质量交付。 6、组内日常事务管理，协助部门负责人进行部门其它事务管理。
职位要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化等相关专业，8年及以上硬件开发相关经验，至少2年团队管理经验。 2、扎实的专业基础知识，至少具备硬件某一领域专长；逻辑清晰，善于思考和总结，系统化的问题思考与解决能力。 3、自驱，非常强的目标达成意识；较好的抗压能力，能在压力下保质保量完成项目交付。 4、对团队管理有较好的概念，有清晰的团队管理方法论。 5、有激光设备、机器人或运动控制相关行业工作经验的优先。 6、有组织流程建设、变革参与经验的优先。
