职位描述
1.统筹纸机生产运行，确保生产计划按时完成 ；监控产量、能耗、损耗等指标，优化生产效率，做好成本管控； 2.制定标准化操作规程（SOP）并监督执行； 3.组织纸机（如流浆箱、压榨部、干燥部）的日常巡检与预防性维护 协调停机检修计划，解决复卷机、压光机等设备突发故障 。推动技术改造提升设备运行效率 ； 4.监控纸张定量、水分、平滑度等关键指标，分析断纸、纸病等质量问题原因并制定改进方案； 5.负责分管人员的工作安排、监督考核、安全管理、技能培训等管理工作； 6.负责分管区域6S管理； 7. 监督化学品（助留剂、消泡剂等）合理使用 ，优化蒸汽、水、电等能源消耗，控制备品备件库存成本 ；
