职位要求
1.大专及以上学历，自动化、测控技术与仪器、热工自动化等相关专业优先。 2. 3年以上火力发电厂热工仪表检修工作经验，1年以上班组管理经验者优先。 3. 熟悉火力发电厂热工仪表原理、DCS/PLC系统结构及调试方法，掌握热工计量检定规程。能独立判断和解决热工仪表及控制系统常见故障，具备复杂回路调试能力。熟悉CAD、组态软件（如INTOUCH、WINCC）操作者优先。 4.具备较强的团队管理、组织协调和沟通能力，能有效带领团队完成检修任务。工作严谨细致，责任心强，有强烈的安全意识和应急处理能力。
