职位要求
（1）本科及以上学历，优秀者可适当放宽至大专，审计学、会计学、法学及管理类等相关专业，能够熟练使用办公软件，优秀者可破格录用； （2）有同行业内审、舞弊、专项审计工作经验优先，审计相关证书优先，无证书但实操经验丰富可放宽； （3）具有3 年以上玖龙工作经历，具有较强的数据分析能力及风险防控意识，具有调查研究、综合分析、职业判断和文字表达能力； （4）需参加集团审计统一组织的内控内审培训，接受集团内跨基地轮岗安排（须1-3 年后跨基地轮岗，须签订跨基地承诺书）； （5）具有较强的责任心，具有较强的人际交往技能，能恰当地与他人进行有效沟通，对内具有较强的团队协作精神；具有良好的职业道德，具备客观公正、实事求是、保守秘密、不得滥用职权、徇私舞弊的基本道德； （6）具备逆向思维能力，能管控自己的情绪，具有对业务的敏感度，具备多知识体系的知识结构，有定性，以及较强的思辨能力； （7）人品端正，无不良嗜好，认可玖龙文化，愿意长期在公司发展，日常表现良好，无严重违规违纪行为。
