职位要求
1、5年以上液压岗位工作经验，熟悉液压、气动系统原理，能独立完成液压/气动泵，阀组，油缸、气缸、马达、过滤器、冷却器等元件的拆装，测试与维修，熟悉使用压力表、万用表，滤油机、扭矩扳手，手动葫芦，叉车等工具进行液压元件拆装及维修 2. 熟悉液压元件（泵、阀、油缸等）的原理与选型。 3. 熟练使用液压系统设计，具备独立设计或优化液压回路的能力。 4. 具备较强的现场问题解决能力，能快速响应并处理液压系统突发故障。 5. 良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能配合生产、维修团队完成跨部门技术协作。
