职位描述
1 黑纸技术部范围化验室内仪器管理、部门固定资产管理； 2 黑纸技术部范围仪器维护与保养、故障排查，送外修的跟进； 3 黑纸技术部范围仪器定期校准，第三方外校申请及跟踪； 4 黑纸技术部范围新增仪器使用评估、技术交流，仪器备品配件的计划申报、备品配件到货验收、备品配件的更换及报废； 5 根据仪器说明书，定期检查校正仪器，确保检测数据准确性，例如每周校对天平，耐破仪，耐折度、环压仪等； 6 每月建立维护台账，把完成情况向部门领导汇报，未完成的及时跟进落实。 7 化验室仪器配件、耗材、标准试样的申购，领用，做好库存管理； 8 每季度对质检员进行仪器安全操作培训和新仪器使用操作培训； 9 设备维护保养时，及时对相应设备进行内部灰尘和纸粉进行清洁；
职位要求
学历、专业要求：大专及以上学历，仪表相关专业优先 经验、技能要求：对仪器维修感兴趣，懂一定的电子设备知识； 能力要求：具有较好的学习能力、执行能力、沟通能力； 其他要求：能够吃苦耐劳、服从安排和管理，突发问题需要及时到化验室协助解决。
