职位描述
1.协助高级经理管理部门的日常工作,团队建设工作 2.重点运营好自营木片海轮,管理现有货代并开发新货代、新货源,持续提升船只的收益率 3.根据集团的物流规划和运输需求,统筹国内外散货船供应商以及调配船运资源,保障集团运输需求及管控成本 4.管理优化集团汽运物流供应商,提升服务能力、降低集团物流成本,构建稳定高效的供应链体系 5.做好与集装箱班轮公司、国家铁路集团的沟通和衔接,保障运力和政策资源 6.统筹集团物资进出,参与制定集团物流降本增效项目,并推进项目实施落地:推进集团大物流建设 7.负责物流采购合同的审核、签订以及履约管理,识别并防范物流采购过程中的法律风险及合规风险 8.持续建立和完善集团物流相关流程和制度,推进集团物流标准化和制度化建设 9.做好跨部门、跨基地的物流协调工作,保障集团物流体系运转通畅 10.配合完成集团领导安排的其它工作
职位要求
1.具备散/集海运、船务、国际贸易、涉外物流等工作经验,至少具备10年的相关了工作经验,有管理过大型海轮经 验优先考虑,尤其是外贸散货船; 2.具备优秀的供应商开发、谈判议价、合同管理及成本管控能力; 3.具备较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及解决问题的能力,要求执行力强; 4.品行端正,无不良嗜好;具备良好的职业道德和合规意识; 5.英语可以进行熟练读写。
