职位描述
1、负责开机、停机、检修、工艺清洗时涂布机相关操作 2、负责所属设备正常运行，异常时及时通知专责和副值长、岗位处理异常时跟踪处理进度 3、负责涂布机正常运行时的相关工艺参数巡检 4、负责本岗位各工艺参数、干网张力、横幅涂布量的检查记录；刮刀抽取、过滤器清洗等；遇到停机时负责涂布机的清洗工作 5、负责对备品（干网、引纸绳、引纸皮带、涂布刮刀、边刮刀等）的更换和检查工作，合理使用设备、备品，提高使用寿命，降低消耗 6、负责处理本岗位在生产过程中产生的纸病，做好与卷取、干部岗位的相互联系，紧密配合，保持运行、质量持续、稳定； 7、所负责范围的卫生清洁 8、领导临时安排的其他工作 9、按时参加班前、班后会
职位要求
1、优先高中（含）以上学历、专业不限 2、优先3年以上高速纸机涂布机操作经验 3、具有较好的学习能力、执行能力； 4、能够吃苦耐劳、服从安排和管理。
