职位描述
1、参与 MakerWorld、官网及相关后端业务的设计、开发、测试与上线，服务全球用户； 2、独立负责一个功能或业务模块的持续迭代与稳定交付，完成技术方案、开发联调、灰度发布、线上监控与问题闭环； 3、支撑全球化产品和社区业务快速迭代，持续保障高质量交付与系统稳定运行； 4、参与线上问题排查与性能、稳定性优化，持续提升服务质量； 5、参与代码评审、技术方案讨论和工程文档沉淀。
职位要求
必要条件 1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，应届毕业生； 2、熟练掌握 Golang、Java 等至少一种后端开发语言，具备良好的编码习惯；掌握数据结构与算法、计算机网络、操作系统、数据库等基础知识； 3、熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常用组件及其基本原理； 4、有完整的后端项目经历，不限于个人项目、竞赛、开源或实习项目；能清楚说明本人负责的模块、接口设计、数据设计及问题排查过程； 5、具备较强的 ownership，能主动追问、独立思考并推动事情落地；具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够适应真实业务的高频迭代节奏。 加分项 1、有社区、内容平台、创作者平台、用户增长或全球化产品相关项目经验； 2、有开源贡献、技术博客或可展示的个人作品。 你将获得 1、参与面向全球用户的线上业务； 2、接触从需求分析、技术设计、开发联调到上线运营的真实工程闭环； 3、与经验丰富的工程师协作，在解决真实问题中快速成长。
