职位描述
1.负责产品增材制造方案的规划和确定； 2.产品粉末的选择、打印参数的制定、打印应力的控制、热处理和表面处理工艺制度的开发以及打印件性能的评价； 3.需协调设计、生产等部门，解决现场技术问题； 4.撰写工艺文件（如工艺规程、测试报告等）； 5.了解打印设备，具备现场设备的光学调试、设备调试、风场调试、失效模式分析等能力； 6.针对液体火箭发动机的产品进行工艺方案设计与优化，并形成标准化可操作的规范文档，保证最终打印产品的稳定性与一致性。
职位要求
1.硕士及以上学历，金属材料学、焊接或粉末冶金等相关专业方向优先考虑。 2.要求在SLM金属3D打印工艺开发方向有3年以上相关经验。 3.熟练使用而为和三维设计软件与切片排版软件，具备工艺参数设计与开发、模型切片及设备调试经验。 4.精通金属材料特性、热处理工艺及机加工余量设计等内容，具备新材料开发、新工艺流程开发、打印参数开发与优化的能力。 5.要求在反变形控制、无支撑设计、支撑优化等方向有丰富经验。 6.逻辑清晰，有独立思考能力，能够发现问题并解决问题。 7.能够服从并完成领导安排的其他工作内容。
