职位描述
1、规划发动机工艺流程，编制装配工艺规程； 2、编制发动机装配、检查试验用的配套文件及产品制造跟踪卡样本； 3、编制生产用操作指导说明书等文件； 4、及时处理生产试验过程中质量技术问题，设计较复杂的工艺装备； 5、持续优化产品生产工艺流程、工装结构，提升产品质量及生产效率； 6、持续推动生产向数字化、智能化方向转型，编制可行的技术方案； 7、组织开展QC等质量管理活动； 8、参与公司对发动机生产条件的技改工作 9、协助完成公司安排的其他工作。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，机械设计类专业，熟练使用各类三维绘图设计及分析软件；无不良嗜好，身体健康； 2、有大型工艺装备研发设计经验和设备调研采购经验； 3、从事机械类相关行业工作3年及以上； 4、具有一定的抗压能力、吃苦能力，有较强的团队协作精神和服务意识。
