职位描述
1、制定产品（火箭发动机导管、换热器、推力室）焊接工艺解决方案，规划产品焊接工艺流程； 2、组织处理生产试验过程中的质量技术问题，设计相关的工艺装备； 3、编制焊接相关设备的生产操作指导说明书等文件； 4、持续优化产品焊接工艺、工装结构，提升产品质量及生产效率； 5、参与公司相关的技改工作； 6、编制焊接质量检测相关的文件； 7、完成产品焊接工艺的试验研究工作， 8、协助完成公司安排的其他工作。
职位要求
学历：硕士及以上学历 专业：焊接类专业，有焊接工艺工作经验者优先 行业：航空航天 专业知识/技能要求： 1、 熟悉常用钢材、管材焊接开发流程及焊接工艺要求； 2、 对管材产品、工装等的氩弧焊能制定工艺流程及操作、检验方法； 3、 熟悉焊接设备，焊接品质要求及公差特性，焊接件质量检测； 4、 熟悉使用三维绘图软件； 5、 责任心强，工作积极主动，严谨踏实，有良好的内外部协调沟通能力，具备独立解决现场实际问题能力，能承受一定工作压力。
