职位描述
1、深入物流运营的各个关键环节（如分拨中心、末端网点、干线运输等），掌握各环节的标准作业程序（SOP）； 2、参与实际的包裹分拣、异常处理、运力调度等日常操作，理解业务底层的运行逻辑和痛点； 3、跟踪并分析关键绩效指标（如签收率、妥投时效、成本控制、丢损率等），识别指标波动的原因； 4、针对轮岗中发现的问题，参与或主导小型优化项目。例如，优化末端派送路径、改进分拨中心的装载率或减少工单处理时长； 5、协助运营经理进行成本拆解，通过数据模型寻找降本空间； 6、负责跨部门沟通协调，根据业务需要提供语言支持，协助推动各项工作的高效开展
职位要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历、葡语必备，英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的听说读写能力（国内外知名院校优先）； 2、抗压能力较强，具备适应快节奏工作的能力； 3、具备逻辑思维，能从复杂的业务场景中理清头绪，并提出建设性的改进方案； 4、具备良好的团队合作意识，能够在多文化或跨部门团队中发挥积极作用。
