职位描述
1、在实践中学习与总结，形成市场整体认知，捕捉市场痛点；协同销售团队，结合发展目标，形成具有前瞻性的销售策略。 2、协同市场营销部门，参与市场营销活动方案讨论，提供清晰的目标画像，提升市场推广活动的指向性与穿透力。 3、深入行业研究与分析，提炼行业客户群的共性需求，推动产品、运营提高适配度，帮助销售团队实现批量获客。 4、参与标杆客户的识别与开发，凝练要点，形成可参考、可复制案例，为高效业务裂变提供经验参考。 5、关注竞争环境，了解直接竞争对手动态，识别潜在竞争对手，形成阶段性、针对性应对方案。
职位要求
1、具有全局视角， 能够用宏观视角看待整体商业与物流。 2、具备较强的逻辑思维和分析能力，能够对具体课题进行深入分析。 3、数据敏感，能够识别数据反映的问题，挖掘问题背后的本质。 4、具有良好的沟通能力，可以胜任部门内及跨部门沟通。 5、具有出色学习能力，善于总结、举一反三。 6、英语可作为工作语言，逻辑能力强，善于表达，沟通能力强有营销思维，有营销或商务方面工作实习经历。
