职位描述
1.招聘与配置方向 参与校招/社招全流程：从需求分析、简历筛选、面试评估到Offer谈判与入职跟进。 学习并实践人才Mapping与结构化面试技巧，识别高潜人才。 2.人才发展与培训方向 参与管培生培养项目、领导力发展项目的设计与运营。 协助搭建课程体系，担任内部培训项目运营PM，跟踪培训转化效果。 3.薪酬福利与绩效方向 参与年度调薪、年终奖核算及社保公积金管理，接触数据敏感度极高的薪酬实操。 协助业务部门制定绩效考核指标（OKR/KPI），参与绩效评估会议的组织与数据分析。 4.员工关系与企业文化方向 策划并落地企业文化活动（如年会、节日关怀、价值观宣传）。 处理员工咨询与基础劳动关系纠纷，维护和谐的内部氛围。
职位要求
1.统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先； 2.对组织发展、岗位管理、HR体系建设有兴趣，愿意从基础工作中学习成长； 3.具备良好的文字表达、信息整理、数据处理和流程跟进能力； 4.具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心和团队协作意识； 5.熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件； 6.英语能力良好者优先，能够接受海外出差安排。
