职位描述
岗位职责: 1、根据航天发动机的性能要求，对发动机的控制系统进行总体方案制定与系统调整； 2、进行控制系统的详细设计，包括硬件选型、软件编程和算法开发，确保系统满足发动机的控制需求； 3、与团队协同工作，实现控制系统与其他系统的集成和匹配； 4、制定控制系统的测试计划和方案，包括硬件测试、软件测试等； 5、参与发动机地面试验，对控制系统的性能进行测试和评估，收集试验数据并进行分析； 6、根据测试结果，对控制系统进行优化和改进，解决测试过程中出现的问题，确保系统的稳定性和可靠性；
职位要求
任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，控制科学与工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业； 3年及以上电气自动化相关工作经验，有非标自动化行业经验更佳； 2、熟悉控制系统原理、自动控制相关专业知识，熟悉步进、伺服电机控制； 3、具备扎实的自动化控制基础，能够进行控制系统硬件选型，电路设计，原理图绘制，出具设备清单； 4、具有航天发动机控制领域或相关控制系统设计与开发的工作经验者优先； 5、具备实际项目经验，在硬件组装、软件编写、系统联调等等方面有实践经验优先。 6、吃苦耐劳，能适应加班，具有优秀的团队合作意识。
