职位描述
1、产品价值表达与内容传播：围绕智能驾驶、智能座舱等产品及模型能力，制定面向用户的内容策略，将复杂的技术能力转化为清晰、易懂、有感知的用户价值表达，支持产品发布、版本升级及重要运营节点的内容传播； 2、内容策划与传播运营：参与产品内容规划、建设与运营，结合不同内容平台、用户场景及传播目标，策划图文、视频、数据解读等多种形式的内容，持续提升产品认知度、用户信任与口碑； 3、UGC内容生态运营：通过自动化链路持续运营精彩集锦，策划UGC创作活动，提升智驾/座舱的内容声量。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，具有用户运营、内容运营或产品运营相关经验；有汽车、智能硬件或科技行业经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的内容策划与文字表达能力，能够将复杂的产品或技术信息转化为清晰、准确、易感知的用户语言； 3、熟悉主流内容平台及用户社区的运营逻辑，具备内容账号、产品内容或品牌内容运营经验； 4、具备用户运营或社群运营能力，能够持续获取、分析用户反馈，并推动形成运营闭环； 5、具备较强的用户视角和产品思维，关注用户体验、产品使用场景及完整使用链路； 6、持有驾照或具有新能源汽车使用经验者优先。 加分项 1、具有智能驾驶、智能座舱或其他智能产品的内容及用户运营经验； 2、具备数据分析和数据内容化能力，能够通过数据洞察支持内容策划与运营决策； 3、具备用户运营、社群运营或达人运营经验； 4、熟练使用Photoshop（PS）等图像处理工具，能够独立完成基础图片制作、内容排版及视觉优化。
