职位描述
需求管理： - 对接客户需求，能够理解并挖掘客户关键需求，具备需求合理/价值判断能力，并能够将客户原始需求转化为内部需求，做详细的功能定义及需求分解； - 负责需求分析，结合行业、市场、竞品趋势等，对需求优先级排序及纳入产品路标，实现需求的端到端闭环管理，通过客户需求管理控制研发版本规格从定义到落地的执行过程； 产品规划与管理： - 负责产品和解决方案规划与管理，输出未来3-5年产品和解决方案路标 - 负责新平台产品的规划和立项，产出高质量的产品/项目计划书 - 负责输出对预研、技术、平台3-5年需求规划，牵引产品技术，平台的竞争力提升 - 负责主动安全功能设计和性能指标定义，包括功能定义、场景分析和产品评价，使得产品开发达成产品目标

officially inaugurated in November 2023.
