职位描述
岗位职责： 1、熟悉汽车电子元器件（显示屏、IC、阻容等）供应链资源，负责车载信息娱乐系统、整车控制器、自动驾驶等零部件总成及下级电子元器件采购策略制定和实施； 2、负责EMS代工厂资源开发，零部件RFQ询价，定点资料准备，按计划完成新零件定点工作； 3、按照项目开发进度要求，及时完成供应商合同签署，开模指令发放，确保新零件开发进度； 4、协助解决EMS代工厂电子元器件到货风险，保证零部件总成交付； 5、持续优化代工厂和电子元器件供应商链体系，为新零件开发的电子元器件选型提供支持； 6、按照公司年度成本要求落实年度降本计划并达成目标，关注产品及原材料市场行情，及时调整产品价格、努力降低采购成本。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、汽车电子、机电一体化等专业； 2、5年以上汽车整车厂或7年以上相关零部件厂从业经验，新能源车企经验优先； 3、熟悉掌握TS16949体系，熟悉车规产品的供应商管理制度要求； 4、熟悉分管零部件的产品性能、材料特性、规格参数、用途、产品性能及质量检验标准和要求； 5、熟悉整车电子电器供应链资源，丰富的采购寻源工作经验，掌握零部件供应商行业信息； 6、优秀的内外部沟通协调能力，精通谈判技巧，抗压能力强，能够适应团队协作。
